Kinesiology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that uses muscle monitoring as a biofeedback tool — a way of asking your body directly what it needs. It bridges the gap between what the mind believes and what the body actually holds.

Emotions, beliefs, past experiences and energetic blocks all live in the body long after the mind has tried to move on. Kinesiology gives these a voice, allowing them to be acknowledged, processed and released — at the pace that feels right for you.

Anita's approach weaves emotions kinesiology with metaphysical principles, creating a deeply holistic container for women ready to reconnect with their essence and redesign the shape of their lives.

Meet Anita

A guide who has
walked the same
shoreline

Anita Gibbons is an Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiologist based on the Western Australian coast — a practitioner, a woman, and a perpetual student of the ocean.

Her own journey of unbecoming — of peeling back the layers of who she was told to be — is woven into every session she holds. She found kinesiology during a season of her life that required her to completely reimagine who she was, and has never looked back.

Anita's approach is unhurried, deeply attuned, and rooted in the natural world. She believes that healing doesn't happen in a hurry — that like the tide, it has its own perfect rhythm. Her work is a safe, reverent space for women to stop performing and start simply being.

Her own unbecoming

For a long time, Anita's life looked like a series of choices. What it actually was, was a pattern. Relationship after relationship with people who couldn't stay — because somewhere beneath the surface, a belief had taken hold: everyone leaves anyway. So she chose people who would prove it right, and called it fate.

She always knew there was more. Not in a vague, hopeful way — in a deep, persistent, bodily way. A knowing that refused to be drowned out no matter how much life piled on top of it. She had watched the women around her disappear into lives that felt inherited rather than chosen, and she made a promise to herself that she would find another way.

The turning came through a conversation with a friend, and a name she hadn't heard before: kinesiology. In that first session, she was asked a question that stopped her completely. What is the one common denominator in all of your relationships? The answer, when it finally landed, was the beginning of everything. It was her. Not as a fault. As an invitation.

What she put down in that season was not small. She put down the belief that she did not deserve love. That happiness was for other people. That being left was inevitable. And into the space that opened up — unexpectedly — came Macie. A rescue dog from Karratha who had no idea she was teaching Anita what unconditional love actually felt like for the first time.

Now, Anita lives from a different centre. She understands, in her body and not just her mind, that she is not a product of her past. She is a product of her choices. And she gets to keep choosing — again and again — until the life she is living is genuinely, unmistakably hers.

That is what she holds space for in every session. Not a new version of you. The real one. The one that was always there, waiting beneath the performance.

I don't believe you are broken.

I don't believe your emotions are something to suppress, fix, or push through.

I believe your body is constantly communicating with you. Through symptoms. Through feelings. Through intuition. Through the persistent nudges that tell you something in your life is asking to change.

My role is not to tell you who you are.

My role is to help you remember.

Through Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology, I hold space for women to explore the beliefs, emotions and patterns that may be keeping them stuck — so they can reconnect with the version of themselves that has been there all along.

This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning home to yourself.
